Happy New Year! As you know (because you’re still here), I’ve been on somewhat of an extended farewell tour as I wind down the SoFortWorthIt blog and transition to getting off social media for a very big, long break.
Unlike many ‘80s bands, however, this farewell tour really does mean goodbye. But I just couldn’t do it without one final shout-out – and a heartfelt thank you – to everyone who came out to Roy Pope Grocery last week to celebrate my sign-off, and especially to all of the local vendors who made the party such an extraordinary experience.
From the color palette to the music to the extravagant gifting, I think they captured the essence of SoFort WorthIt.
